MHADA Online Application 2011 – Flats in Maharashtra

MHADA has publish the online application forms for flates that are sold througg lottery. Online application will start on 27 April 2011 and the lottery for 4,034 houses would be declared on May 31 2011.

The applicants would be able to submit their forms in Axis Bank branches.

Candidates of MHADA who will be apply for MHADA Flates they now can download their application form from the website of MHADA.

New Income Slabs and flat size allotted for MHADA flats for July 2011 lottery

1. Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
Income range: up to Rs.8,000/-
Flat size: 300 sq. ft.

2. Low Income Group (LIG)
Income range: Rs. 8000/- to Rs. 20,000/-
Flat size: 300-400 sq. ft.

3. Middle Income Group (MIG)
Income range: Rs.20,000/- to Rs.40,000/-
Flat size: 400-800sq. ft.

4. High Income Group (HIG)
Income range: Rs.40,000/- onwards
Flat size: 800 sq. ft. onwards

Revised Rates of MHADA flats for July 2011 lottery

1. Economically Weaker Section (EWS): Rs.7.5 lakh (old rate was Rs.4 lakh)

2. Low Income Group (LIG): Rs. 15 lakh (old rate was Rs.5lakh – Rs.8.5 lakh)

3. Middle Income Group (MIG): Rs. 25-30 lakh (old rate was Rs.14l akh - 20 lakh)

4. High Income Group (HIG): Rs. 35 lakh onwards (old rate was Rs.20 lakh onwards)

• Log in to MHADA Official Website(Link Below)

• After Log in Fill the online Application form for Low Rates MHADA flats

• After Filling the form you will get acknowledgment slip

• Take the Print out of the Slip and go to designated Bank and pay the earnest money deposit for the MHADA low cost flat.

•  Only after you deposit the earnest money your form will become valid

• Low cost flats will be alloted via MHADA Lottery System
