GUIDELINE FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION
1. He is advised to report at Health Check-up department, Woodlands Medical Centre Limited, 8/5, Alipore Road, (Ground Floor), Kolkata-700027 on respective date at 8 a.m. (Near Alipore Zoo, Kolkata).
2. He should bring with him the call letter issued for written Test containing his photograph for verification of his Identity. In case the same is not available readily any valid identity card (say voter I.D/Studentship I.D. having his photograph) may be produced.
3. He should report for Medical check up there in EMPTY STOMACH for necessary test/examinations.
4. The cost for the medical checkup shall be borne by the Company. The Candidate is not required to incur any cost for the Medical Examinations.
5. He will be offered a complimentary breakfast by the Woodlands Medical Centre at the time of Medical examination.
6. The report of Medical examination shall be forwarded to WBSETCL, by the Woodlands Medical Centre Ltd. directly.
